Typically these involve residential and commercial components which may be impacted by the preservation of historical site to the remediation of contaminated areas. such as the creation of a wetland as a public amenity and as a functioning stormwater treatment facility to the utilization of District Energy for the provision of heat have been incorporated in these projects.
