Royal Highlands is a 60-acre residential subdivision located in northwest Calgary. The project required fast tracking and the inital phase of development (128 lots) was designed approved, constructed, and registered within six months of project commisioning.
This development also included a stormwater management faclitiy in an exisiting wetland and the coordination of regional utilties, through and adjacent to the site.
