The Panorama Hills and Coventry Hills residential subdivisions are located in north Calgary. Panorama Hills consists of approximately 500 single family homes and 5 ha of multi-family sites. Coventry Hills is comprised of 450 single single family lots. Both subdivisions were started in 1998 and was completed in 2000.
Off-site infrastructure work included the instaliztion of the North Beddington sanitary sewer acreage assessment trunk and a 2100-mm storm trunk that will service a drainage basin of over 2000 ha. The Town Centre stormwater wet pond was also sized to deal with predevelopment flows from the upstream areas.
Progressive Engineering was involved in all aspects of the development of these subdivisions from planning through to construction and maintenance.
