The development of the Lakes at Rocky Ridge involved two separate phases of subdivision servicing and four multi-family sites with a total of 790 units.
The development includes two stormwater management ponds specially designed to fit the steep terrain. A special design maintains high water quality in the upper pond, which is only used for runoff retention in major rainfall events.
Design challenges on this project include stormwater management and dealing with extreme grades, surrounded by exisiting developments and roadways.
