Cougar Ridge is a 40 acre residential subdivision located in west Calgary.
Progressive Engineering provided a full range of services including planning, preliminary engineering, detailed engineering and resident engineering services.
Development of the new residential subdivision surrounded by exisiting development presented unique challenges and solutions for earthworks managment and access.
Off-site improvements associated with this subdivision included upgrading of Old Banff Coach Road. The construction of this roadway required special scheduling needs and co-ordination with the City.
