Wentworth Estates is a 100 acre residential development in West Calgary. The design of this subdivision involved numerous engineering challenges to preserve environmental reserves and provide full servicing prior to City trunk sewers being extended into the area. Temporary stormwater ponds and sanitary pumping station were required.
In addition, major off-site roadways were constructed as part of the development.
