The Willows of Wentworth is a luxurious 11.3 acre single family condominium site with ¼ acre size lots. The entire site was covered in Aspen woodlands. The development was designed as a condominium site to minimize construction disturbance by narrowing the roads and maintaining the most of woodlands. To enable the retention of the majority of woodlands, an innovative design for stormwater drainage was required. The final product resulted in pristine ¼ acre estate lots fully covered with Aspen woodlands enabling the homebuilders to design around the trees.
