Sixty-five existing houses from Garrison Woods are being relocated to the Lincoln Park area to create a Legacy Housing Project to meet the needs of low-income families. This site is the first parcel to be developed in the Lincoln Park area of the former CFB base.
Close coordination among all stakeholders on this project is critcal to ensure that the housing relocations, utility installations, and refurbishing work are all efficiently carried out.
