Wentworth Glen is Dundee Developments latest phase in West Springs. This phase covers 50 acres of pristine mountain views for a majority of the lots. A natural shallow ravine, which is covered with an aspen forest, was retained and a meandering pathway will be constructed through the forest, allowing the new residents the benefit of the existing landscape. A storm pond will be constructed to accommodate the stormwater flows from the phase. Our landscape department enhanced this pond to serve as an additional feature to the residents along with the tot lot playground. This phase will also include a commercial site and a multi-family site.
Existing infrastructure will be extended from the Phase 14 subdivision with water and wastewater pipes. Roads will tie at both the existing Phase 14 and to Old Banff Coach Road.
