Bayside is a unique subdivision located in Airdrie, Alberta. The single and multi-family dwellings back onto a series of canals that are used for recreational purposes such as canoeing in the summer and skating in the winter. The canals also function as the stormwater retention pond for this development. This community is scheduled to be built out by approximately 2012.
